The invention relates to a hoisting structure of a hoisting assembly at a plate descending and mold hoisting position. The hoisting structure comprises a pair of suspension rods fixedly arranged at the top of the hoisting assembly; the sleeve is connected to the suspension rod in a sleeving manner; the other end of the deviation rectifying connecting rod is hinged to the top of the hoisting assembly; the guide screw rod is arranged at the top of the hoisting assembly and is positioned in the middle of the pair of suspension rods; the pressing block is sleeved on the guide screw rod; one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the pressing block, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the middle of the deviation rectifying connecting rod; the threaded abutting piece is in threaded connection with the guide screw and abuts against the pressing block so that the connecting rod can be arranged obliquely upwards from the end, connected with the deviation rectifying connecting rod, of the connecting rod to the end, connected with the pressing block, of the connecting rod, and the deviation rectifying connecting rod is arranged obliquely upwards from the end, connected with the hoisting assembly, of the deviation rectifying connecting rod to the end, connected with the sleeve, of the deviation rectifying connecting rod; the anchor rod is in threaded connection with the sleeve; and the upper part of the anchor rod is embedded and fixed in the corresponding structure. The deviation rectifying connecting rod and the connecting rod are arranged at the position of the sleeve, the threaded abutting piece limiting pressing block is arranged on the guiding screw rod, in this way, the effect of preventing the sleeve from deflecting is achieved through the connecting rod and the deviation rectifying connecting rod, the stable supporting effect is achieved, the sleeve does not deflect and rotate, and therefore the sleeve and the anchor rod do not loosen; and the connection stability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种降板吊模处吊装组件的吊装结构,包括:固设于吊装组件顶部的一对悬杆;套设连接在悬杆上的套管;与套管卡接连接的纠偏连杆,另一端铰接连接在吊装组件的顶部;设于吊装组件的顶部并位于一对悬杆的中部的导向螺杆;套设于导向螺杆上的压块;一端与压块铰接连接的连接杆,另一端与纠偏连杆的中部铰接连接;螺纹连接在导向螺杆上的螺纹抵紧件,抵压压块以使得连接杆由其与纠偏连杆连接的一端至其与压块连接的一端呈斜向上设置,纠偏连杆由其与吊装组件连接的一端至其与套管连接的一端呈斜向上设置;与套管螺纹连接的锚杆,锚杆的上部埋固在对应的结构内。本发明在套管处设置了纠偏连杆以及连接杆,在导向螺杆上设置螺纹抵紧件限位压块,这样通过连接杆和纠偏连杆实现了防止套管发生偏转的效果,形成了稳定的支撑效果,套管不会发生偏转转动就不会与锚杆间发生松动,提高了连接的稳定性。
