The device is simple in structure, easy to assemble and high in environmental adaptability, can effectively resist the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the track on the measurement result, and has the characteristics of non-contact, high precision, interference resistance and moderate cost.
本发明公开了一种道岔尖轨密贴斥离监测装置及监测方法,该监测装置安装于尖轨变轨位置,该监测装置包括:感应模块,固定设置于轨道的尖轨上,感应模块包括磁感应元件,磁感应元件相对于尖轨静止并随尖轨一起运动;磁感应元件用于产生磁场并作用于位移传感器的感应段位置;测量模块,固定设置于轨道的基本轨上,测量模块包括位移传感器,位移传感器相对于基本轨静止并与基本轨一起运动;测量模块,用于当尖轨相对靠近或远离基本轨时,测量位移传感器和磁感应元件的相对位置变化。本发明不仅结构简单,易于装配,而且环境适应性高,可有效抵抗因轨道的热胀冷缩对测量结果的影响,具有非接触、精度高、抗干扰、成本适中的特点。
