The invention relates to a wireless turnout switch rail fracture monitoring pre-alarm system which is characterized by comprising a switch rail (1) to be detected, a fracture sensing unit (2), a collector (4), a data gateway (10), monitoring software (11) and a protective clamping plate (12). The fracture sensing unit (2) is installed on the switch rail (1) and used for detecting structural health state information of the switch rail (1). A collector (4) and a data gateway (10) are installed near the monitoring area (13), and detection data of a sensing node (16) formed by the fracture sensing units (2) are sent to the nearby data gateway (10) through the short-distance wireless communication technology; the turnout switch rail fracture pre-alarm monitoring system can effectively monitor the phenomena of original damage, nuclear damage or contact fatigue crack expansion and even rail breakage of a turnout switch rail under the action of long-term fatigue load.
