The invention discloses an automatic ultrasonic flaw detection system for wheel shafts and wheel sets. The automatic ultrasonic flaw detection system comprises a movable supporting platform, the wheel shaft and the wheel set lifting supporting device are located above the movable supporting platform; the wheel shaft and wheel pair rotation driving device is positioned above the wheel shaft and wheel pair lifting supporting device; and the device is used for carrying out ultrasonic flaw detection on wheel seat embedding parts of the wheel shaft and the wheel pair. The axle and wheel set ultrasonic automatic flaw detection system is composed of a plurality of components, automatic flaw detection of the axle and wheel set can be achieved through mutual cooperation of the components, manual operation is not needed, the detection efficiency is high, and the cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种轮轴、轮对超声波自动探伤系统,包括移动式支撑平台;位于移动式支撑平台上方的轮轴、轮对升降支撑装置;位于轮轴、轮对升降支撑装置上方的轮轴、轮对转动驱动装置和对轮轴、轮对的轮座镶入部进行超声波探伤的装置。本发明所设计的轮轴、轮对超声波自动探伤系统由多个部件组成,通过上述各部件的相互配合可实现轮轴、轮对的自动探伤检测,无需人工操作,检测效率高,成本低。
