The invention provides a wheel shaft fixing structure which comprises a probe support for fixing a probe and wheel shafts arranged at the two ends of the probe support in the axial direction, the wheel shafts are sequentially sleeved with flanges and pressing discs, the sections of the pressing discs are concave, the flanges extend outwards into the concave parts of the pressing discs, and the pressing discs are arranged on the probe support. A bearing is arranged at one end, axially far away from the probe bracket, of the flange, an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the flange and the pressure plate, and an inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the wheel shaft; the liquid filling air nozzle and the exhaust nozzle are respectively arranged on the flange in a penetrating manner; a wire hole for a wire to penetrate through is formed in at least one wheel shaft in the axial direction. The invention further discloses an ultrasonic detection wheel and a flaw detection car. The invention has the following advantages: by redesigning the structures of the flange and the pressure plate, the assembly of the detection wheel and the fixation of the wheel shaft in a small space are realized, and the size of the existing detection wheel is reduced.
