The invention provides a thermal management system calibration method and device, a control method and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and the calibration method comprises the steps: inputting a plurality of groups of preset parameters to a simulation model matched with a thermal management system for the same target temperature value, and obtaining a simulation temperature value; the different preset parameters comprise different working condition parameter combinations; determining a target preset parameter from multiple groups of preset parameters based on the difference between the target temperature value and the simulation temperature value; controlling the element to work according to the target preset parameter to obtain a test temperature value; based on the test temperature value, a first fitting relation of the simulation model is corrected, and the first fitting relation represents a derivation relation between the working condition parameter combination and the simulation temperature value; on the basis of the corrected first fitting relation, the working condition parameters of all the elements of the thermal management system at different required temperatures are calibrated, automatic calibration of the thermal management system is achieved, and the calibration precision and efficiency are improved.
