The invention discloses an anti-swing hoisting crown block and a using method thereof.The anti-swing hoisting crown block comprises a cross beam used for achieving the main bearing function, two longitudinal moving mechanisms symmetrically connected to the two ends of the cross beam through bolts and used for driving the cross beam to conduct longitudinal moving adjustment, and two guide rails slidably connected to the bottoms of the two longitudinal moving mechanisms correspondingly; and the two longitudinal moving mechanisms are used for guiding and transferring the positions of the two longitudinal moving mechanisms, so that the two longitudinal moving mechanisms can drive the cross beam to stably slide. The outer wall of the inner steel wire rope is tightly wrapped with the anti-skid sleeves, so that when the steel wire rope is wound, the sleeves are meshed with one another by utilizing gravity generated during winding, the steel wire rope is prevented from shaking during hoisting, and the production efficiency and safety are improved; and meanwhile, rolling wheels arranged in the movable frame are connected to the bottom and the top of the cross beam in a rolling mode correspondingly, the movable frame is further reinforced through a screw rod and a guide rail, and then the stability and firmness of the movable frame in the moving process are improved.

    本发明公开了一种防摆动起吊天车及其使用方法,包括横梁,用于起到主要的承重功能,两个所述纵向移动机构对称螺栓连接于横梁的两端,用于带动横梁进行纵向的移动调节,两个所述导轨分别滑动连接于两个纵向移动机构的底部,用于对两个纵向移动机构进行位置的导向传递,使的两个纵向移动机构能够带动横梁进行稳定的滑动。本发明通过对内部的钢丝绳外壁紧密包裹设置有防滑套管,使得钢丝绳在收卷时,利用收卷时产生的重力使套管相互咬合,从而防止吊起时钢丝绳晃动,提高生产效率和安全性,同时将移动架内部设置的滚轮分别滚动连接于横梁的底部和顶部位置,并且使用螺杆和导轨对其进行进一步的加固,进而提高移动架在移动时的稳定牢固性。
