The invention relates to a method for controlling anti-swing of a crown block. The method comprises the following steps: measuring swing deflection angle data of the crown block through an angle measuring instrument, calculating an optimal speed model for controlling the crown block to stop swing by an anti-swing controller according to the swing angle of the crown block in the X-Y axis measured by the angle measuring instrument, and controlling the PLC of the crown block not to independently calculate the speed of the crown block, and the directly transmitting the optimal speed value given bythe anti-swing controller to a frequency converter, and controlling the speeds of the crown block cart and the crown block trolley through the frequency converter to realize automatic control over the crown block. The method has the characteristics of high control precision and strong real-time performance.

    本发明涉及一种控制天车防摇的方法,通过测角度仪测量天车摇摆偏角数据,防摇摆控制器根据测角度仪测得的天车在XY轴晃动角度来计算出控制天车停摆的最佳速度模型,天车PLC不再需要单独计算天车速度,而是直接将防摇摆控制器给出的最佳速度值传递到变频器,通过变频器控制天车大车、小车速度,实现对天车的自动控制。本发明具有控制精度高、实时性强的特点。
