The invention relates to an intelligent safety monitoring management system for a vehicle-mounted charging pile, and the system monitors the changes of the temperature, current, voltage and power of a battery of the vehicle-mounted charging pile through a BMS battery management system, collects the external temperature of a battery pack through an external data collection module, transmits the collected internal data to an FPGA semi-integrated circuit module, and carries out the monitoring of the temperature, current, voltage and power of the vehicle-mounted charging pile. And after noise reduction processing, digital signal processing is carried out by using a DSP multi-node digital signal processing method based on wavelet transform, finally, the digital signals are transmitted to an upper computer through an NI data acquisition card, and the upper computer carries out data visual display by using LabVIEW virtual instrument software. According to the system, various state parameters of the vehicle-mounted charging pile and the current position of the vehicle can be comprehensively monitored, potential safety hazards possibly existing in the vehicle-mounted charging pile can be found in time, the safety and reliability of the vehicle-mounted charging pile are guaranteed, meanwhile, the various state parameters and the current position are displayed in real time through the UI visual interface, and the intuition is higher.

    本发明涉及一种用于车载充电桩的智能安全监控管理系统,该系统通过BMS电池管理系统监控车载充电桩电池温度、电流、电压以及功率的变化,通过外置的数据采集模块采集电池包外部温度,将采集的内部数据传入FPGA半集成电路模块,降噪处理后再利用基于小波变换的DSP多节点数字信号处理方法进行数字信号处理,最终通过NI数据采集卡传入上位机,上位机利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件进行数据可视化显示。该系统能够全面监控车载充电桩的各种状态参数以及车辆当前位置,及时发现车载充电桩可能存在的安全隐患,保证了车载充电桩的安全性和可靠性,同时通过UI可视化界面对各种状态参数和当前位置进行实时展示,直观性更强。
