The invention discloses a charging order management method for a vehicle-mounted charging pile, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, starting a charging pile system, and enabling an MCU controller to read a reset source register value, a charging state variable in a KAM, and order information stored in a corresponding address of a plug-in EEPROM; s2, resetting local RTC time built in the charging pile system; s3, according to the order, continuing to request to authorize the charging state, and judging whether to continue charging or not; s4, the charging pile system keeps continuous charging according to the order state before starting and the restarting information; s5, judging whether to respond to charging or stop charging according to the current order state; and S6, the current system time is stored in the EEPROM according to the charging pile system time storage interval time period, and when the system is abnormally restarted or the local RTC clock is abnormally blocked, the time stored in the EEPROM is used for resetting the local RTC time. According to the invention, various abnormal problems occurring during charging of the charging pile can be solved, and meanwhile, the integrity and correctness of the order can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种车载充电桩的充电订单管理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1、充电桩系统启动,MCU控制器读取复位源寄存器值、KAM中充电状态变量和外挂EEPROM对应地址存储的订单信息;步骤S2、重置充电桩系统内置的本地RTC时间;步骤S3、根据订单继续请求授权充电状态,判断是否继续充电;步骤S4、充电桩系统根据启动前的订单状态和重启信息保持继续充电;步骤S5、根据当前订单状态判断是否响应充电或停止充电;步骤S6、根据充电桩系统时间存储间隔时间周期把当前的系统时间保存到EEPROM中,当系统异常重启或本地RTC时钟异常卡滞时,用保存在EEPROM的时间对本地RTC时间进行重置。本发明可以解决充电桩在充电时发生的各类异常问题,同时,能保证订单的完整性和正确性。
