The invention discloses a direct-current charging pile of a dust removal device. The direct-current charging pile comprises a charging pile shell, a charging module, a side door assembly and the dust removal device. The charging pile shell is of a rectangular structure. The plurality of charging modules are respectively arranged at the middle part of the charging pile shell; the side door assembly is arranged on the side face of the charging pile shell. And the dust removal device is arranged on a left side door of the charging pile shell. External gas with dust enters the cyclone dust collector, most of rotating airflow moves towards the bottom of a cone from top to bottom along the wall of the cyclone dust collector from a cylinder body in a spiral shape to form descending outer rotating dust-containing airflow, and dust particles with the density far larger than that of the gas are thrown to the wall of the cyclone dust collector by centrifugal force generated in the strong rotating process. And after reaching the bottom of the cone, the rotationally descending air flow rotates upwards along the axis part of the cyclone dust collector to form a rising internally-rotating air flow, and the rising internally-rotating air flow is discharged through the air outlet pipe.

    本发明公开了一种除尘装置的直流充电桩,包括:充电桩外壳、充电模块、侧门总成和除尘装置;所述充电桩外壳为矩形结构;充电模块数量为若干个,分别设置于所述充电桩外壳的中间部位;侧门总成设置于所述充电桩外壳的侧面;除尘装置设置在所述充电桩外壳的左侧门上。外部带粉尘的气体进入到旋风集尘器的内部,旋转气流的绝大部分沿器壁自圆简体,呈螺旋状由上向下向圆锥体底部运动,形成下降的外旋含尘气流,在强烈旋转过程中所产生的离心力将密度远远大于气体的尘粒甩向器壁,旋转下降的气流在到达圆锥体底部后,沿旋风集尘器的轴心部位转而向上,形成上升的内旋气流,并由出风管排出。
