The present invention relates to a torsional vibration damper and a hybrid drive module using the same, in which the torsional vibration damper is disposed between a rotor sleeve (23) receiving a rotational force of an engine and a rotor hub (90) disposed behind the rotor sleeve (23), and transmits the rotational force of the engine to the rotor hub (90). The torsional vibration damper comprises a first damper (30), and the first damper (30) is provided with a first cover plate (31) which is arranged on the driving side and is provided with a first stopper (319), and a second cover plate (32) which is arranged on the driving side and is provided with a second stopper (319). And a first stopper accommodating part (350) which is arranged on the driven side and is used for accommodating the first stopper (319). And a shield member (318, 373) for covering an opening of the first stopper receiving portion (355) to restrict radial movement of fluid through the first stopper receiving portion (355).
