The embodiment of the invention discloses a self-checking method and device for an aircraft thermal management system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the self-checking of a target part in the aircraft thermal management system under the condition of detecting that the aircraft is powered on, and obtaining a first self-checking result; under the condition that the first self-inspection result shows that the self-inspection fault of the part does not exist, self-inspection is conducted on the control process of the aircraft thermal management system, and a second self-inspection result is obtained; and determining a self-inspection result of the aircraft thermal management system according to the second self-inspection result. Thus, the target parts in the aircraft thermal management system are self-checked, the control flow of the aircraft thermal management system is self-checked, the system fault problem can be eliminated before the aircraft is started, high-strength damage to the parts of the electric drive thermal management system after the system fault is reduced, and the reliability of the aircraft thermal management system is improved. And energy consumed when the system fault problem is solved is reduced, so that damage to equipment and energy consumption are effectively reduced.
