The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and provides a road inspection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a road condition video in real time by using a camera component of a vehicle, and preprocessing the acquired road condition video to obtain a to-be-recognized image; inputting the to-be-recognized image into the trained abnormal road condition image recognition model; when the to-be-recognized image comprises the abnormal road condition, obtaining an abnormal road condition image; detecting the road condition in real time by using a detection assembly of the vehicle to obtain original data, and performing preprocessing and data fusion calibration on the original data to obtain the position of the abnormal road condition; and submitting the abnormal road condition image and the position of the abnormal road condition as abnormal road condition information to an information management platform. According to the invention, full-automatic and non-perceptual automatic acquisition and identification can be realized, an integrated solution that abnormal road conditions are submitted to an information management platform is realized, and the problems of high difficulty in current road traffic inspection and high infrastructure investment cost are solved.
