The invention discloses a ship planking radar wave stealth ventilation opening design method applying a wave-absorbing material, which comprises the following steps: based on a preliminary scheme of overall design of a whole ship, according to design requirements of a related ventilation system, obtaining conditions of openings on a ship planking, including the number, size and position of the openings, and forming a preliminary scheme of the ventilation openings; based on the preliminary ventilation opening scheme, performing further optimization design on the opening scheme according to a common and symmetric optimization principle to obtain an intermediate ventilation opening scheme; the surface opening, located on the outer wall plate, of the ventilation opening is arranged to be a quadrangle without a right angle, and a cavity of the ventilation opening is arranged to be of a structure without a right angle to obtain a final scheme of the ventilation opening; and a wave-absorbing material layer is designed on the cavity wall of the ventilation opening. According to the ship shell plate radar wave stealth ventilation opening design method provided by the invention, the local stealth performance of the opening, the overall stealth performance of the ship, the overall configuration coordination and the ventilation function of the opening can be considered at the same time.
本发明公开了一种应用吸波材料的船舶外板雷达波隐身通气开口设计方法,包括以下步骤:基于全船总体设计的初步方案,根据有关通气系统设计需求,得出船舶外板上的开口情况,包括开口数量、尺寸及位置,形成通气开口初步方案;基于通气开口初步方案,以共用和对称为优化原则,对开口方案进行进一步优化设计,得到通气开口中级方案;将通气开口位于外壁板的表面开口设置为不含直角的四边形,将通气开口的空腔设置成不含直角的结构得到通气开口最终方案;在通气开口的空腔壁上进行吸波材料层的设计。本发明提出的船舶外板雷达波隐身通气开口设计方法,可实现开口局部隐身性、船舶总体隐身性、总体构型协调性以及开口通气功能性的兼顾。
