The invention discloses a lofting method for a ship planking bow thrust hole. A structural cylinder and a horn mouth at a ship bow thrust position are designed. The bow thruster structure is generally divided into three parts: a thruster cylinder body connected with bow thruster equipment, a diversion trench and a horn mouth. The welding surface of the bow thruster cylinder body and the horn mouth is a plane A according to the line type and the shape value of the curved plate, another plane B parallel to the plane A is solved according to the outward expansion angle of the horn mouth, and therefore the two planes form a conical surface. Two curved surfaces in a normal plane are regarded as an approximate straight line, and the curved surfaces are unfolded to be processed by a processing sample plate. According to the line type of the outer plate, the intersecting line with the curved surface, namely the solid material line of the horn mouth and the outer plate, is solved, and when the horn mouth is assembled in sections, beveling and welding are practically performed according to the actual situation. The method has the beneficial effects that the lofting efficiency of the water-drop-shaped bow side thrust hole structure can be improved, the machining difficulty is reduced, and the assembly precision is improved.

    一种船舶外板艏侧推孔的放样方法,对船舶艏侧推处结构筒体与喇叭口进行设计。艏侧推结构一般分为三部分:与艏侧推设备连接的侧推筒身,导流槽,喇叭口。根据曲面板的线型和型值得出艏侧推筒身与喇叭口焊接面是一平面A,由喇叭口向外扩展的角度求出另一平行于平面A的平面B,由此两个平面形成一个锥面。在法线平面内两个曲面之间视为近似直线,展开曲面给出加工样板进行加工。再根据外板线型求出与此曲面交线,即喇叭口与外板的实料线,在分段装配喇叭口时再根据实际情况切实后开坡口焊接。本发明有益效果是:本方法可以提高此水滴形艏侧推孔结构的放样效率,降低加工难度,提高装配精度。
