An oil suction port of a hydraulic pump in the system is connected with an oil tank, and an oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with an oil inlet P1; the working oil port PB is connected with an oil inlet of the parking brake control oil cylinder, the energy accumulator oil port Acc is connected with the energy accumulator, and the steering shunt oil port S is connected with the oil inlet P2; a manual steering oil supply port MS of the steer-by-wire control valve module is connected with an oil inlet P5, and working oil ports A2 and B2 are connected with two working oil ports of a steering oil cylinder respectively; an outlet of the energy accumulator is connected with an oil inlet P3 and an oil inlet P4 through branch pipelines, a manual brake oil inlet MB3 of the drive-by-wire service brake valve module is connected with an oil outlet MB4, and an oil return opening T3 and an oil return opening T4 of a hydraulic brake valve are both connected with a hydraulic oil tank. And an output oil port SB of the drive-by-wire service brake valve module is connected with an oil inlet of the service brake. The system can meet the automatic control requirements of steering and braking of the unmanned industrial vehicle at the same time, and is convenient to realize the modification from manned to unmanned driving.

    本发明公开一种无人驾驶工业车辆转向和制动控制系统,该系统中液压泵的吸油口与油箱连接,出油口与进油口P1连接;工作油口PB与驻车制动控制油缸的进油口连接,蓄能器油口Acc与蓄能器连接,转向分流油口S与进油口P2连接;线控转向控制阀模块的人工转向供油口MS与进油口P5连接,工作油口A2、B2分别与转向油缸的两个工作油口连接;蓄能器的出口通过分支管路分别与进油口P3、进油口P4连接,线控行车制动阀模块的人工制动进油口MB3与出油口MB4连接,回油口T3、液压制动阀的回油口T4均与液压油箱连接;线控行车制动阀模块的输出油口SB与行车制动器的进油口连接。该系统能够同时满足无人驾驶工业车辆转向和制动自动控制需求,便于实现有人向无人驾驶改制。
