An inlet of the oil pump is fluidly connected with the tank. The brake is used for receiving hydraulic oil and generating braking force. An oil port of the accumulator is in fluid connection with an outlet of the oil pump and the brake. The energy accumulator stores hydraulic oil output by the oil pump and supplies the stored hydraulic oil to the brake. The oil pump control module is configured to control the oil pump to stop supplying oil to the energy accumulator when the oil port pressure of the energy accumulator reaches the highest pressure value set by the spring. And when the oil port pressure of the energy accumulator is lower than the set minimum pressure value of the spring, the oil pump is controlled to supplement oil to the energy accumulator until the oil port pressure of the energy accumulator recovers to the set pressure value. And when the pressure stored in the energy accumulator is insufficient, the oil pump is controlled to supplement oil to the energy accumulator in time, so that the pressure in the energy accumulator is always maintained between the set highest pressure value and the set lowest pressure value, the braking requirement of the brake is met, the energy utilization rate is increased, and the braking performance is improved.
