The invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cell heat management and waste heat recovery, and particularly relates to a vehicle-mounted fuel cell heat management integrated recovery system and an operation method thereof.The vehicle-mounted fuel cell heat management integrated recovery system comprises an air supply module, an electric pile and an electric pile heat management integrated recovery module; the circulating booster pump is sequentially connected with the electric heater, the electric pile, a gas phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator, the stop valve, the turbine, the air cooling radiator and the cooling medium storage tank through the air supply module, and an outlet of the cooling medium storage tank is connected with the circulating booster pump to form a waste heat power recovery loop; the circulating booster pump is sequentially connected with the electric heater, the electric pile, a liquid phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator, the waste heat exchanger, the pressure regulating valve and the three-way valve through the air supply module, an outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the cooling medium storage tank and the air cooling radiator, and an outlet of the cooling medium storage tank is connected with the circulating booster pump to form a waste heat recovery loop. The two ends of the waste heat exchanger are connected with the warm air water tank and the circulating pump respectively to form a waste heat recovery sub-module loop.

    本发明属于燃料电池热管理及余热回收技术领域,具体涉及一种车载燃料电池热管理集成回收系统及其运行方法,包括空气供给模块、电堆和电堆热管理集成回收模块;循环增压泵通过空气供给模块依次连接电加热器、电堆、气液分离器的气相出口、截止阀、透平、风冷散热器和冷却介质储罐,冷却介质储罐的出口连接循环增压泵,形成余热动力回收回路;循环增压泵通过空气供给模块依次连接电加热器、电堆、气液分离器的液相出口、余热换热器、压力调节阀和三通阀,三通阀的出口分别连接冷却介质储罐和风冷散热器,冷却介质储罐的出口连接循环增压泵,形成余热热回收回路;余热换热器的两端分别连接暖风水箱和循环泵,形成余热热回收子模块回路。
