The invention provides a vehicle-mounted fuel cell system. The anode reaction cavity and the cathode airflow channel are arranged in a reaction chamber, the conductive catalytic particles are arranged between the anode reaction cavity and the cathode airflow channel, and the airflow driving device is used for driving the conductive catalytic particles. The airflow driving device is driven by airflow of the ammonia fuel air inlet to rotate along the periphery of the cathode airflow channel, and the ammonia fuel airflow in the anode reaction cavity is driven by the fan blades formed by weaving the crystalline ceramic fibers in the airflow driving device to rotate; and the conductive catalytic particles are driven to rotate between the periphery of the cathode airflow channel and the inner wall of the anode reaction cavity in a reciprocating manner and collide with the cathode airflow channel and a catalytic layer coated on the anode reaction cavity, so that charge exchange is promoted, and the energy conversion efficiency is prevented from being influenced by non-uniform temperature and airflow in the reaction cavity of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell system. The conductive catalytic particles are borne by the airflow driving device in a static state, do not directly contact with the anode reaction cavity and the cathode airflow channel reaction surface, and do not affect the initial distribution of charges.
