The invention relates to a variable-thickness wing box structure with bearing and deformation capabilities, which comprises a mounting plate, a deformation framework, a shear frame mechanism, a linear motor and a skin structure, the two ends of the deformation framework are respectively connected with the two ends of the mounting plate, and the deformation framework is an integrally formed elastic framework with multiple unit cell units; the shear frame mechanism is arranged on the mounting plate, and the lifting end of the shear frame mechanism is connected with the deformation framework and used for deformation regulation and control of the deformation framework; the linear motor is used for driving the shear frame mechanism to lift; and the skin structure is arranged on the deformation framework. Compared with the prior art, through cooperation of the deformation framework and the shear frame mechanism, flexible deformation regulation and control of the deformation framework can be achieved. The deformation framework adopts an integrally-formed multi-unit-cell unit elastic framework, and the shear frame mechanism is driven by a linear motor to ascend and descend, so that deformation of the deformation framework is controlled, and the thickness of the wing box is variable.
本发明涉及一种具备承载和变形能力的可变厚度翼盒结构,包括安装板、变形骨架、剪力架机构、直线电机、蒙皮结构,其中变形骨架的两端分别连接于所述安装板的两端连接,变形骨架为一体成型的多晶胞单元的弹性骨架;剪力架机构设于所述安装板上,剪力架机构举升端与变形骨架连接,用于所述变形骨架的变形调控;直线电机用于驱动剪力架机构进行升降;蒙皮结构设于所述变形骨架上。与现有技术相比,本发明通过变形骨架和剪力架机构的配合,能够实现变形骨架的灵活变形调控。变形骨架采用一体成型的多晶胞单元弹性骨架,剪力架机构通过直线电机的驱动进行升降,从而控制变形骨架的变形,实现翼盒厚度的可变。
