The invention provides a variable-thickness deformable wing and a deformation method. The wing comprises a plurality of wing ribs, a truss assembly, a spar and a skin covering the wing ribs and the truss assembly. The wing rib is connected with the spar in the spanwise direction through the truss assembly to form the wing, and the wing rib comprises a front edge section, a middle section and a rear edge section; an arch-shaped through hole is formed in the bottom of the middle section of the wing rib, a deformation control unit comprising an active control steering engine, an active control rocker arm, a follow-up rocker arm, a lower wing surface skin control panel and an amplitude limiting rocker arm is arranged in the arch-shaped through hole, the lower wing surface skin control panel comprises three sections which are rotationally connected with one another, and the panel surfaces of the three sections are attached and fixed to the inner surface of the lower skin. After receiving an unfolding or folding signal, the active control steering engine drives the amplitude limiting rocker arm, the follow-up rocker arm and the three-section lower airfoil skin control panel to rotate, so that the three-section lower airfoil skin control panel is downwards unfolded or upwards folded, the thickness and angle change of the middle-section lower skin of the wing is realized, the process is stable and reliable, and the aerodynamic performance of the wing is improved; and the aircraft can adapt to the requirement of a long flight envelope.
本发明提供一种可变厚度的变形机翼及变形方法,机翼包括多个翼肋、桁架组件、翼梁以及覆盖在翼肋和桁架组件上的蒙皮;翼肋通过桁架组件和翼梁沿展向连接组成机翼,翼肋包括前缘段、中段和后缘段;翼肋中段底部设有拱形通孔,拱形通孔内设有包括主动控制舵机、主动控制摇臂、随动摇臂、下翼面蒙皮控制板和限幅摇臂的变形控制单元,下翼面蒙皮控制板包括三段,相互转动连接且板面贴合固定于下蒙皮内表面。主动控制舵机收到展开或收拢信号后,驱动限幅摇臂、随动摇臂和三段下翼面蒙皮控制板转动,使三段下翼面蒙皮控制板向下展开或向上收拢,实现机翼中段下蒙皮厚度和角度变化,过程稳定可靠,提高了机翼气动性能,使飞行器适应长飞行包线的需求。
