The invention discloses an integrated electric braking system and an electric braking method, and relates to the field of braking systems, the integrated electric braking system comprises a braking rod body, an ejector rod, a parking spring, a cover plate, a nut, a motor assembly and a controller; the cover plate is arranged at the tail part of the brake rod body; the ejector rod is movably arranged in an inner cavity of the brake rod body, an ejector rod head and an ejector rod tail are arranged on the ejector rod, the ejector rod head penetrates out of the head of the brake rod body, the ejector rod tail penetrates out of the cover plate and penetrates out of the tail of the brake rod body, and a lead screw structure is arranged at the ejector rod tail; the parking spring is compressed between the ejector rod and the cover plate; a rotor of the motor assembly comprises a rotor output end, a nut is fixedly connected to the rotor output end, and the interior of the nut is matched with a lead screw structure at the tail of the ejector rod. The motor assembly is connected with the controller. The brake rod has the advantages that the traveling brake function and the parking brake function are integrated in one brake rod body, the function safety requirement is better met, and a hydraulic oil way does not need to be adopted.

    本发明公开了一种集成式的电制动系统和电制动方法,涉及制动系统领域,包括制动杆体、顶杆、驻车弹簧、盖板、螺母、电机总成和控制器;盖板设置在制动杆体的尾部;顶杆活动设置在制动杆体的内腔中,顶杆上设有顶杆头部和顶杆尾部,顶杆头部穿出制动杆体的头部,顶杆尾部穿过盖板并穿出制动杆体的尾部,顶杆尾部设有丝杆结构;驻车弹簧被压缩在顶杆与盖板之间;电机总成的转子包括转子输出端,螺母固定连接在转子输出端上,螺母的内部与顶杆尾部的丝杆结构配合;电机总成连接控制器。本发明的优点在于:将行车制动功能和驻车制动功能集合在一根制动杆体内部,更加符合功能安全要求,无需采用液压油路。
