The invention provides an installation method of a ship navigation lamp, the installation method replaces an existing navigation test that observation is achieved by means of navigation around a mother ship with the help of a tug, a shading plate and a lampshade are integrated through design, purchase and model selection, a needed display angle is directly formed in the navigation lamp, and the shading plate is made in the lamp. Only overall positioning of the lamp needs to be considered on site, the site and time are not limited, construction is relatively simple, a laser instrument is used for marking and positioning, and precision is high. Meanwhile, all work can be completed on the ship, large tug renting cost, labor cost of inspection personnel and kinetic energy consumption of a mother ship in the test period are saved, test cost is saved, and ship building cost is reduced. After verification, the installation method can effectively replace a traditional inspection item that a traditional water tug carrier bypasses a mother ship, can be suitable for various ship types, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.

    本发明提供一种船舶航行灯的安装方法,该安装方法替代现有的借助拖轮绕母船航行实现观测的航行试验,通过设计采购选型将遮光板与灯罩集成,直接使航行灯内部形成所需的显示角度,遮光板已在灯内做好,现场仅需考虑灯整体的定位,对场地、时间没有限制,施工相对简单,利用激光仪划线定位,精度较高;同时,在船上即可完场全部工作,节省了大额拖轮租用费用、检验人员的人工费用及母船在试验期间的动能源消耗,节省试验费用,降低造船成本。该安装方法经验证后,可以有效取代传统的水上拖轮载员绕行母船的传统检验项目,并能适用于各种船型,适于大范围推广应用。
