The invention discloses a brake-by-wire system pressure control method for an intelligent driving automobile, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring values of coil voltage and coil current of a solenoid valve coil at different temperatures and time periods, and establishing a solenoid valve coil temperature estimation model of a brake-by-wire system; wherein the brake-by-wire system is in a hydraulic braking form, and the opening degree of a valve port of an electromagnetic valve is adjusted by controlling coil current, so that the braking pressure is controlled; calculating coil resistance according to the electromagnetic valve coil temperature; collecting target pressure and actual pressure of the line control system and pressure difference between two ends of a valve port of the electromagnetic valve, and calculating target current of a coil; the duty ratio of the voltages at the two ends of the coil is calculated according to the coil resistance and the target current, the coil current is corrected according to the duty ratio, and the pressure control precision of the brake-by-wire system when the environment temperature changes suddenly is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于智能驾驶汽车的线控制动系统压力控制方法,包括如下步骤:采集电磁阀线圈的线圈电压和线圈电流在不同温度和时间段下的数值,建立线控制动系统的电磁阀线圈温度估算模型;其中,线控制动系统为液压制动形式,通过控制线圈电流来调节电磁阀阀口开度,进而控制制动压力;根据电磁阀线圈温度计算线圈电阻;采集线控制系统的目标压力、实际压力和电磁阀阀口两端压差,计算线圈目标电流;根据线圈电阻和目标电流计算线圈两端电压的占空比,根据占空比值从而对线圈电流进行校正,提高了线控制动系统在环境温度突变时的压力控制精度。
