The invention discloses an intelligent driving automobile brake backup method which comprises the following steps that after a brake backup request is received, if the current automobile speed v is smaller than or equal to b, and v is smaller than or equal to a, a gearbox is controlled to return to the P gear, the automobile is controlled to decelerate and stop, and the brake backup function is completed, b is the maximum parking automobile speed when an automatic parking function runs at the first gear or the reverse gear, and a is the maximum parking automobile speed when the automatic parking function runs at the second gear or the reverse gear; a is the highest speed for controlling the gearbox to return to the P gear; the braking backup request is sent by the FAPA controller when the ESC system is in a fault mode under the working condition of the remote control parking function. The invention further provides an intelligent driving automobile brake backup device. According to the method, the vehicle can be controlled to actively decelerate and stop under the condition that the ESC system breaks down and fails to brake in the remote control parking process.

    本发明公开了一种智能驾驶汽车制动备份方法,其包括如下步骤:当接收到制动备份请求后,如果当前车速v≦b,且v≦a时,则控制变速箱回P档,车辆减速停车,制动备份功能完成,其中,b为自动泊车功能在1档或倒档运行时的泊车最高车速,a为控制变速箱回P档的最高车速;所述的制动备份请求为遥控泊车功能工况下ESC系统为故障模式时由FAPA控制器发出。本发明还提供一种智能驾驶汽车制动备份装置。本发明能在遥控泊车过程中ESC系统故障制动失效情况下,控制车辆主动减速停车。
