The invention discloses a device for assisting a paraplegia patient in walking. The device comprises a bearing part and a fixing belt. The brake on one side controls the universal wheels on the same side. During use, a patient is fixed on the bearing part through a fixing belt, and the upper limbs of the patient hold the grab handles. The upper limb internal rotation grab handle on one side pushes the universal wheel on the same side to move forwards when the brake is released, and the upper limb on the other side fixes the universal wheel on the side without moving the brake to move forwards alternately. The device can be used for improving the activity of a paraplegia patient with cervical vertebra injury, and can be applied only with fewer muscles and smaller strength. The principle is simple and use is safe.

    本发明公开了一种辅助截瘫患者行走活动的装置,包括:承载部分、固定带。一侧刹车控制同侧万向轮。使用时将患者用固定带固定在本发明承载部分上,患者双上肢握于握柄上。一侧上肢内旋握柄松开刹车时推动同侧万向轮前进,另一侧上肢不动刹车固定该侧万向轮,交替前进。可用于改善颈椎损伤的截瘫患者的活动能力,仅用较少的肌肉及较小的力量即可应用。原理简单,使用安全。
