The invention discloses an automatic leveling system of a hoisting mechanism for a drainage vehicle and a leveling method thereof.The automatic leveling system comprises a mass center adjusting pendulum bob and an oscillation type pendulum bob which are oppositely arranged, pendulum bob rods are installed on an installation platform in a hinged mode, and the pendulum bob ends face the two opposite directions. The gravity center of the hanging bracket loaded with the weight is automatically adjusted, wind power and frequency information is collected through the wind power sensor, electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic oscillator enables the oscillation type pendulum bob to generate lateral oscillation force opposite to the wind direction and equal to the wind power, and the wind resisting effect is achieved; a double-shaft tilt angle sensor is arranged to automatically collect gravity center shift signals of a heavy object, a dynamic force (acceleration) sensor collects information of acceleration and dynamic force, and electromagnetic force generated by an electromagnetic oscillator enables an oscillation type pendulum bob to generate lateral oscillation force which is opposite to a motion load in direction and the same as the acceleration. Swing and vibration, caused by lateral acceleration, of the hanging bracket are counteracted, and the effects of resisting lateral swing and relieving vibration deviation are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种排水车用吊装机构的自动调平系统及其调平方法,包括相对设置的质心调整摆锤和振荡型摆锤,摆锤杆铰接安装在安装平台上,摆锤端朝向相对的两个方向,本发明利用电推杆控制摆锤的移动,自动调节载有重物吊架的重心,通过风力传感器采集风力、频率信息,电磁振荡器产生的电磁力使振荡型摆锤产生与风向相反、风力相等的侧向振荡力,起到抗风的效果;通过设置双轴倾角传感器自动采集重物的重心偏移信号,动态力(加速度)传感器采集加速度、动态力的信息,电磁振荡器产生的电磁力使振荡型摆锤产生与运动载荷方向相反、加速度相同的侧向振荡力,来抵消由于侧向加速度引起的吊架摆动和震动,达到抗侧向摆动和缓解震动偏移的效果。
