The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a thermo-oxidative aging resistant high-performance tire base rubber composition, a mixing method and a high-performance tire. According to the composition, on the basis of a CN116218048A patent, flexible macromolecules with the end part being of a sulfydryl (-SH) structure are added in a vulcanizing section, so that the thermo-oxidative aging resistance is improved. The base rubber composition is excellent in thermo-oxidative aging resistance, relatively low in heat generation and relatively excellent in control.
