The invention provides a high-tolerance-rate space debris capturing device and method. The capturing device comprises a rope net, a rope net storage box, a rope net unfolding and closing system and a rope net recycling system. The capturing method comprises the following steps that 1, a high-storage-rate expandable thin-wall rod wound on a rotating shaft extends outwards through a rope net unfolding and closing-in system, a rope net is taken out of a rope net storage box, unfolding of the rope net is achieved, and space debris is placed in the rope net; 2, a rope net closing-up rope is wound through a rope net unfolding and closing-up system, rope net closing-up is achieved, and the space debris is wrapped in a rope net; 3, the capturing device winds a rope net recovery rope through a rope net recovery system, the space debris is pulled to the satellite, capturing locking is achieved, the space debris is prevented from loosening and escaping, and debris capturing is completed. According to the method, a transmission mechanism is simple, the weight is light, the size in the storage state is small, and due to the high storage rate, the expandable thin-wall structural rod has good rigidity after being unfolded, and the capturing precision is high.
本发明提出一种高容差率的空间碎片捕获装置和方法,捕获装置包括绳网、绳网储箱、绳网展开与收口系统、绳网回收系统;捕获方法包括如下步骤:步骤1、通过绳网展开与收口系统将卷绕在转轴上的高收纳率可展开薄壁杆向外伸出,将绳网从绳网储箱带出,实现绳网的展开,将空间碎片置于绳网内部;步骤2:通过绳网展开与收口系统卷绕绳网收口绳,实现绳网收口,将空间碎片包裹于绳网中;步骤3:捕获装置通过绳网回收系统卷绕绳网回收绳,将空间碎片拉向卫星,实现捕捉锁定,避免空间碎片松动逃逸,完成碎片捕获。本发明方法传动机构简单,质量轻,收纳状态体积小,且由于高收纳率可展开薄壁结构杆展开后具有良好的刚度,抓捕精度较高。
