The invention discloses a rail transit full-electronic interlocking system, which relates to the field of rail transit and comprises an in-situ control workstation and an interlocking maintenance unit which are used as a man-machine interaction layer, a full-electronic interlocking logic unit which is used as a logic operation layer and a full-electronic interlocking execution unit which is used as an execution unit layer, the local control work station and the interlocking maintenance unit communicate with the full-electronic interlocking logic unit; the full-electronic interlocking logic unit is connected with the interface cabinet through the full-electronic interlocking execution unit, and then is connected to trackside equipment through the combination cabinet and the branching cabinet; the trackside equipment comprises a signal machine, a switch machine, an ESB and an SPKS; according to the invention, the number of indoor control circuits is reduced, and meanwhile, various external interface requirements are met.
