The thermal management method comprises the steps that a battery temperature demand coefficient and a battery temperature rise coefficient are obtained; obtaining a passenger cabin dehumidification demand coefficient and a passenger cabin dehumidification load coefficient; based on the battery temperature demand coefficient, the battery temperature rise coefficient, the passenger cabin dehumidification demand coefficient and the passenger cabin dehumidification load coefficient, determining a target demand coefficient of thermal management; determining a thermal management mode based on the target demand coefficient; and the heat management mode is used for controlling air conditioner dehumidification and battery heating. The battery heating control method and the passenger cabin dehumidification control method are coupled together, the heat management mode is finally judged, air conditioner dehumidification and battery heating are subjected to compound control, the passenger cabin heating requirement and the battery temperature rising requirement are considered, and then the passenger comfort and the system safety are promoted.
