The invention discloses a vehicle thermal management method, device and system, a vehicle, a medium and equipment, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the external environment temperature of the vehicle, the temperature of mixed air passing through an intercooling heat dissipation branch, and the temperature of cooling liquid of an electric drive assembly, so as to control the operation of an execution part; namely, the electric heat dissipation branch and the intercooling heat dissipation branch are merged into the same cooling loop so as to realize heat transfer between the electric heat dissipation branch and the intercooling heat dissipation branch; and according to the environment temperature, the mixed air temperature and the cooling liquid temperature of the electric drive assembly, an execution part is controlled to ensure the gas temperature before and after turbocharging, so that the combustion stability is improved, the service life of the turbocharging system is prolonged, the starting temperature of an EGR cooler is increased, and low-temperature oil consumption is reduced. And meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the electric drive assembly operates in a better temperature range, so that the power loss of the electric drive assembly at the low temperature is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种车辆热管理方法、装置、系统、车辆、介质及设备,通过采集车辆外部的环境温度、经过中冷散热支路后的混合空气温度和电驱总成的冷却液温度,以控制执行部件的运行;也即让电驱散热支路和中冷散热支路并入同一个冷却回路,以实现两者的热量传递;并且根据环境温度、混合空气温度和电驱总成的冷却液温度,控制执行部件以保证涡轮增压前后的气体温度,从而提高燃烧稳定性且提高涡轮增压系统的使用寿命、增加EGR冷却器的开启温度、降低低温油耗,同时保证电驱总成运行在较优的温度范围以减少电驱总成在低温下的功率损耗。
