The invention relates to a high-risk vehicle gathering parking screening method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation data of a plurality of vehicles; constructing a vehicle feature database according to the operation data of the plurality of vehicles, preprocessing the vehicle feature database, and performing DBSCAN clustering analysis on the preprocessed vehicle feature database to obtain a plurality of aggregation points; determining a plurality of geometric center-of-gravity points based on the plurality of aggregation points, performing screening according to location attributes of the plurality of geometric center-of-gravity points to obtain an aggregation parking point database set meeting a preset parking duration, and determining a risk coefficient of each aggregation parking point according to the aggregation parking point database set, and obtaining an aggregation parking screening result according to the risk coefficient of each aggregation parking point. Therefore, by establishing the vehicle aggregation point risk monitoring model based on DBSCAN clustering analysis, the problem that the parking point risk cannot be accurately monitored when the new energy vehicle parking point is monitored is solved, and the vehicle monitoring precision and efficiency are greatly improved.

    本申请涉及一种高风险车辆的聚集停放筛查方法、装置、设备及存储介质。方法包括:获取多个车辆的运行数据;根据多个车辆的运行数据构建车辆特征数据库,并对车辆特征数据库进行预处理,且对预处理后的车辆特征数据库进行DBSCAN聚类分析,得到多个聚集点;基于多个聚集点确定多个几何重心点,并根据多个几何重心点的地点属性筛选得到满足预设停放时长的聚集停放点数据库集合,并根据聚集停放点数据库集合确定每个聚集停放点的风险系数,并根据每个聚集停放点的风险系数得到聚集停放筛查结果。由此,通过建立基于DBSCAN聚类分析的车辆聚集点风险监察模型,解决了监管新能源汽车停放点时无法精确监测停放点风险的问题,极大地提高了车辆监管的精度和效率。
