The invention discloses a method and a device for automatic deviation rectification during trolley walking, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, arranging laser range finders at the left side and the right side of a trolley, establishing communication connection between the two laser range finders and a control system of the trolley, and arranging a reflector at the back of the trolley walking direction; and S2, in the walking process of the trolley, forbidden state deviation correction and walking state deviation correction are started to conduct automatic deviation correction on walking of the trolley. The problem that flaw detection operation and other operation cannot be carried out due to poor deviation correction precision in the walking process of an existing trolley can be solved, and the walking straightness of the trolley is guaranteed by adopting a mode of combining forbidden state deviation correction and walking state deviation correction.

    本发明公开了一种小车行走自动纠偏的方法和装置,包括以下步骤:S1,在小车的左右两侧布设激光测距仪,将两激光测距仪与小车的控制系统建立通讯连接,并在小车行走方向的后面布设反光板;S2,在小车行走过程中,启动禁止状态纠偏和行走状态纠偏对小车的行走进行自动纠偏。本发明能够解决现有小车在行走过程中因纠偏精度差而无法进行探伤作业等操作的问题,采用禁止状态纠偏和行走状态纠偏结合的方式,保证小车行走的直线度。
