The steel pipe joints can be longitudinally placed during horizontal transportation, so that the steel pipe joints which are horizontally transported in a single time can be longer, the space at the wellhead of the top of the vertical shaft is larger, the longer steel pipe joints can be turned over, the steel pipe joints which are installed in a single time can be longer, and the vertical shaft pressure steel pipe installation efficiency is higher. And the lifting device can assist the overturning device in overturning the steel pipe joint at the top wellhead of the vertical shaft, and overturning is safer.
