The invention discloses a large-diameter 90-degree bend pipe vertical shaft construction platform which comprises a transverse conveying system, a vertical lifting system and a platform system; the platform system comprises an upper truss platform and a lower truss platform; the upper truss platform and the lower truss platform are separately supported and fixed above a vertical shaft section andon the two sides of a concrete structure of the expanding excavation part of the outer contour line of a bend pipe section; the transverse conveying system comprises a staff passage and a material passage; and the staff passage and the material passage are arranged in a bottom arch concrete structure in the middle of an adit section in parallel and are connected with the upper truss platform and the lower truss platform. According to the large-diameter 90-degree bend pipe vertical shaft construction platform, a steel truss is fixed on foundation concrete; the foundation is low in deformation risk and high in stability; the truss is simple and convenient to check and maintain; the upper truss platform and the lower truss platform are mutually independent, and are not provided with connecting stand columns, small in construction interference and low in potential safety hazard, and mutual stress of the upper truss platform and the lower truss platform is not affected; and the large-diameter 90-degree bend pipe vertical shaft construction platform can be applied during the whole vertical shaft construction process of excavation and support, concrete lining and grouting, does not need moving or transformation, does not occupy lining clearance, does not need to be dismantled later, and can assist in formwork reinforcement during the concrete pouring process.

    本发明公开了一种大直径90度弯管竖井施工平台。包括横向输送系统、竖直升降系统和平台系统;平台系统包括上桁架平台和下桁架平台,并分别各自独立支撑固定于竖井段上方、弯管段外轮廓线扩挖部分的混凝土结构两侧;横向输送系统包括人员通道和材料通道,并列布置于平洞段中部底拱混凝土结构中并与上桁架平台和下桁架平台联接。本发明钢桁架固定在基础混凝土上,基础变形风险小,稳定性高,桁架检查维护简便;上桁架平台和下桁架平台相互独立,无联接立柱,相互受力不影响,施工干扰小,安全隐患低;可以在开挖支护、混凝土衬砌、灌浆等竖井施工全过程应用,无需改迁或改造;不侵占衬砌净空,后期不用拆除,还可以配合混凝土浇筑期间辅助立模加固。
