The invention discloses an automatic operation system for a vertical shaft steel pipe and a construction method. The automatic operation system comprises a ground steel pipe inner seam girth welding device, a steel pipe lifting device, a steel pipe outer seam girth welding device, a winding device, an underground steel pipe inner seam girth welding device and a plurality of groups of ground rails, the ground steel pipe inner seam girth welding device, the steel pipe lifting device and the steel pipe outer seam girth welding device can move along the ground rail where the ground rail is located and do not interfere with one another, and the ground steel pipe inner seam girth welding device, the steel pipe lifting device, the steel pipe outer seam girth welding device and the underground steel pipe inner seam girth welding device can all move to the position over a vertical shaft opening. Steel pipe assembly, outer ring welding seam assembly and most welding construction of inner ring welding seam assembly can be carried out on the ground, so that the underground operation workload is greatly reduced, and the operation safety is improved; the welding construction operation space for assembling the outer ring welding seam does not need to be reserved, the vertical shaft excavation workload and the backfill area backfill workload can be greatly reduced, the overall engineering construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种竖井钢管自动化作业系统及施工方法,包括井上钢管内缝环焊装置、钢管提升装置、钢管外缝环焊装置、卷扬装置、井下钢管内缝环焊装置及多组地轨,井上钢管内缝环焊装置、钢管提升装置及钢管外缝环焊装置可沿所在的地轨移动且互不干涉,井上钢管内缝环焊装置、钢管提升装置、钢管外缝环焊装置及井下钢管内缝环焊装置均可移动至竖井洞口的正上方;可实现钢管组装、组装外环焊缝焊接和绝大部分的组装内环焊缝的焊接施工均在地面上进行,从而大量减少井下作业工作量,提升作业的安全性;无需预留组装外环焊缝的焊接施工作业空间,能大幅减少竖井开挖工作量和回填区回填工作量,极大提升工程整体施工效率,降低施工成本。
