The invention discloses an urban primary and secondary trunk road network traffic accident risk assessment method based on multi-source risks. The method comprises the steps that historical traffic accident samples, non-accident samples without accidents, historical traffic flow, road characteristics and weather condition information data sets on a to-be-assessed urban primary and secondary trunk road network are acquired; according to time and place information, carrying out feature extraction on a traffic flow risk source, a road feature risk source and a weather condition risk source of the primary and secondary road networks, carrying out feature fusion on multi-source risks, and constructing a risk assessment model; inputting a data set into the model, and selecting an optimal risk grading threshold value according to a maximum approximate sign index; and acquiring traffic flow, road characteristics and weather condition data on a to-be-evaluated road in real time, and calculating an accident risk level on the to-be-evaluated primary and secondary trunk road network by using the risk evaluation model.

    本发明公开了一种基于多源风险的城市主次干路网交通事故风险评估方法,包括:获取待评估城市主次干路网上的历史交通事故样本、未发生事故的非事故样本、历史交通流、道路特征和天气状况信息数据集;根据时间、地点信息,对主次干路网的交通流风险源、道路特征风险源和天气状况风险源进行特征提取,并对多源风险进行特征融合,构建风险评估模型;在模型中输入数据集,根据最大约登指数选择最佳风险分级阈值;实时获取待评估道路上的交通流、道路特征和天气状况数据,使用风险评估模型计算待评主次干路网上的事故风险水平。
