The invention discloses a traffic accident risk assessment method in a continuous flow road scene. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a case contrast data set, dividing the case contrast data set into historical sample data and test data, performing self-organizing mapping clustering analysis by using the historical sample data, and constructing a risk scene recognition model; inputting a to-be-tested data set, judging a risk scene to which the to-be-tested data belongs, performing base learner model training by taking historical sample data of the risk scene as a training set, and outputting a prediction result of the to-be-tested data; drawing an ROC curve for a prediction result of the test data, evaluating the goodness by adopting an AUC index, and selecting an optimal risk threshold according to a Youden index; and acquiring traffic flow parameters on the road to be assessed in real time, determining a risk scene, and calculating the risk level on the road to be assessed in real time. According to the invention, accurate and real-time early warning is carried out on the road traffic accident risk with low cost, and the safety and reliability of traffic system operation are improved.

    本发明公开了一种连续流道路场景下的交通事故风险评估方法,包括:构造病例对照数据集,划分为历史样本数据和测试数据,使用历史样本数据进行自组织映射聚类分析,构建风险场景识别模型;输入待测数据集,判断待测数据所属的风险场景,将所属风险场景的历史样本数据作为训练集进行基学习器模型训练,并输出待测数据的预测结果;对测试数据的预测结果绘制ROC曲线,采用AUC指标评估优度,并根据约登指数选择最佳风险阈值;实时获取待评估道路上的交通流参数,确定风险场景,实时计算待评估道路上的风险水平。本发明以较低成本对道路交通事故风险进行准确实时预警,提高交通系统运行的安全性和可靠性。
