The invention provides a low-rolling-resistance tire tread rubber composition and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tire preparation. The low-rolling-resistance tire tread rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts of rare earth butadiene rubber, 5-10 parts of carbon black, 70-80 parts of white carbon black, 5-7 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 5-7 parts of a vulcanizing activator and 2-3 parts of sulfur. The tire tread rubber composition provided by the invention is low in rolling resistance when applied to a tire tread, and meanwhile, the provided preparation method is simple in process and has good processability.

    本发明提出一种低滚动阻力轮胎胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法,属于轮胎制备技术领域。所述低滚动阻力轮胎胎面橡胶组合物包括如下重量份的组分:溶聚丁苯橡胶100~120份、稀土顺丁橡胶10~20份、炭黑5~10份、白炭黑70~80份、硅烷偶联剂5~7份、聚乙二醇3~5份、硫化活性剂5~7份和硫磺2~3份。本发明提供的轮胎胎面橡胶组合物应用在轮胎胎面上滚阻低,同时提供的制备方法工艺简单,且具有良好的加工性能。
