The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire under tread and to a tire under tread manufactured using the same, and more particularly, to a low heat rubber composition for tire under tread, which maintains trade-off braking performance and tensile properties not less than the same level when a vehicle drives by using raw rubber with high affinity with carbon black, selecting carbon black and silica in specific conditions as reinforcing materials, changing the ratio thereof, and applying a surface modified carbon coupling agent.

    본 발명은 타이어 언더트레드용 고무 조성물 및 이를 사용하여 제조되는 타이어 언더트레드에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 카본블랙과 친화력이 높은 원료고무 사용과 보강재로 특정 조건의 카본블랙 및 실리카의 선택 및 비율 변경, 표면 개질된 카본 커플링제의 적용을 통하여 주행 시 Trade-off인 제동성능 및 인장물성은 동등 수준 이상으로 유지하면서, 내발열 성능이 우수하여 저연비 성능이 향상된 타이어 언더트레드용 저발열 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.
