The invention discloses concrete prefabricated box girder hoisting equipment which comprises a positioning frame, the positioning frame comprises a bottom plate, vertical upward lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the bottom plate, an adjusting pull rod is arranged between the two lifting lugs and slides up and down along the lifting lugs, a tension spring is arranged between the adjusting pull rod and the bottom plate, and an offset lifting seat is arranged on the adjusting pull rod; the deviation lifting seat is adjustably arranged in the length direction of the adjusting pull rod and used for adjusting the lifting position of the steel wire rope, rotating seats are further arranged at the two ends of the positioning frame, supporting claws are arranged on the rotating seats, each supporting claw is composed of a supporting part, a rotating part and an adapting part, the rotating parts rotate on the rotating seats, the supporting parts are located below the bottom plate, the supporting parts are used for bearing the box girder, and the adapting parts are matched with the supporting parts. The adaptive part is located above the bottom plate, and the end, away from the rotating part, of the adaptive part is located above the adjusting pull rod. The problems that in the prior art, after box girder hoisting construction is completed, the equipment dismounting efficiency is low, and a girder body deflects when a box girder at a curve is hoisted are solved.

    本发明公开了一种混凝土预制箱梁吊装设备,包括定位架,定位架包括底板,底板两端均设置有竖直向上的吊耳,两个吊耳之间设置有调节拉杆,调节拉杆沿吊耳上下滑动设置,调节拉杆与底板之间设置有拉簧,调节拉杆上设置有偏移吊座,偏移吊座沿调节拉杆长度方向位置可调设置,偏移吊座用于调节钢丝绳的起吊位置,定位架两端还设置有转动座,转动座上设置有托爪,托爪由支撑部、转动部、适配部组成,转动部转动于转动座上,支撑部位于底板的下方,支撑部用于承托箱梁,适配部位于底板的上方,适配部远离转动部的一端位于调节拉杆的上方。该发明解决了现有技术中箱梁吊装施工完成后装备拆卸效率低、以及针对弯道处箱梁起吊时梁体偏转的问题。
