The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a prefabricated box girder hoisting device which comprises a position adjusting assembly, a connecting assembly, a limiting assembly, an angle adjusting assembly, a locking assembly and a moving assembly. The two connecting assemblies, the two limiting assemblies, the two angle adjusting assemblies and the two locking assemblies are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the position adjusting assembly, the connecting assemblies are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the position adjusting assembly, the locking assemblies are arranged on the non-opposite side faces of the two connecting assemblies, the angle adjusting assemblies are fixedly arranged in the connecting assemblies, and the lower portions of the angle adjusting assemblies penetrate through the connecting assemblies. The locking assembly penetrates through the connecting assembly to be inserted into or separated from the angle adjusting assembly. The upper end of the limiting assembly is fixedly connected with the bottom of the position adjusting assembly, and the lower portion is slidably connected with the connecting assembly. The bottom of the moving assembly is slidably connected with the upper side of the position adjusting assembly. The moving assembly adjusts the position of the position adjusting assembly through a hydraulic telescopic mechanism. The device improves the construction efficiency, and ensures the stability and high efficiency in the hoisting process of the prefabricated box girder.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,具体涉及一种预制箱梁吊装装置,包括调位组件、连接组件、限位组件、调角组件、锁紧组件和移动组件;连接组件、限位组件、调角组件和锁紧组件均沿调位组件中线对称设置两组,连接组件固定设置在调位组件底部,两组连接组件不相对的侧面均设置有锁紧组件,调角组件固定设置在连接组件内部,下部穿过连接组件,锁紧组件穿过连接组件与调角组件插接或分离;限位组件上端与调位组件底部固定连接,下部与连接组件滑动连接;移动组件底部与调位组件上侧滑动连接,移动组件通过液压伸缩机构调整调位组件的位置;该装置提高施工效率,保证预制箱梁吊装过程的平稳、高效。
