The three-point type hoisting method comprises the following steps that two fixing holes are machined in the outer protective plate, the two fixing holes are close to the long edge of one side of the outer protective plate, the distances between the two fixing holes and the long edge of the side are equal, and the distances between the two fixing holes and the gravity center of the outer protective plate are equal; the two fixing holes are respectively provided with a clamping ring, the clamping rings are connected to one end of a hanging belt, and the other end of the hanging belt is hung on a main hook at the lower end of the steel wire rope; the winch is started, the steel wire rope is wound, and the two lifting belts are tightened; one end of the third sling is hung on the main hook, the other end of the third sling is provided with an auxiliary hook, the auxiliary hook is hung at the midpoint of the downward long side of the outer protective plate, and the third sling is tightened; and the winch is started again, and the outer protection plate is hoisted to the designated position. The invention discloses a three-point type hoisting method for an outer protective plate. The method has the advantages of being easy to operate, high in safety coefficient and the like.

    本发明公开了一种外护板的三点式吊装方法,包括如下步骤:在外护板上加工两个固定孔,两个固定孔靠近外护板的一侧长边,两个固定孔距该侧长边的距离相等且两个固定孔距外护板的重心的距离相等;在两个固定孔上分别安装一个卡环,卡环连接在吊带的一端,吊带的另一端挂在钢丝绳下端的主钩上;卷扬机启动,收卷钢丝绳,使两个吊带绷紧;第三吊索具的一端挂在主钩上,另一端设有副钩,副钩挂在外护板的朝下的长边的中点处,收紧第三吊索具;卷扬机再次启动,将外护板吊至指定位置。本发明公开了一种外护板的三点式吊装方法,具有操作简单、安全系数高等优点。
