The invention discloses a prefabricated part outer wall hoisting device convenient to use and a hoisting method.The prefabricated part outer wall hoisting device comprises an upper supporting bracket, a lower supporting bracket, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are arranged on the upper supporting bracket and the lower supporting bracket, and the upper supporting bracket and the lower supporting bracket are the same in structure; the upper supporting bracket and the lower supporting bracket are symmetrically arranged up and down; the L-shaped fixing blocks are arranged on the two sides of the first supporting plate and fixed to the first supporting plate. The telescopic connecting blocks are arranged on the two sides of the second supporting plate and are in sliding connection with the second supporting plate, and first fixing screw holes are formed in the second supporting plate and the telescopic connecting blocks. The effect that the hoisting device can be adjusted according to the plane size of the prefabricated part is achieved, and therefore the problems that in the hoisting process, the hoisting device needs to be reselected and installed according to the prefabricated part, and a large site needs to be vacated for storing different types of hoisting devices in a construction site are effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种便于使用的预制构件外墙吊装装置及吊装方法,包括上支撑支架和下支撑支架,以及设置在所述上支撑支架和下支撑支架上的第一支撑板和第二支撑板,且所述上支撑支架和下支撑支架结构相同,上支撑支架和下支撑支架上下对称设置;L形固定块,其设置在所述第一支撑板的两侧,且与所述第一支撑板固定;伸缩连接块,其设置在所述第二支撑板的两侧,且与所述第二支撑板滑动连接,所述第二支撑板和伸缩连接块上均开设有第一固定螺孔。其实现了吊装装置可以根据预制构件的平面尺寸而调节的效果,从而有效的避免了吊装过程中需要根据预制构件重新选择安装吊装装置,且施工现场需要腾出较大场地用于存放不同种类的吊装装置的问题。
