The invention relates to an intelligent anti-skid decision-making method and device for rail locomotive control. The method comprises the steps that the wheel displacement distance, the rail horizontal deviation angle, the rail vertical deviation angle and the wheel rotation angular speed are collected; calculating an ideal displacement length of the wheel in a non-idle state according to the wheel displacement distance, the track horizontal deviation angle, the track vertical deviation angle and the wheel rotation angular velocity; calculating a wheel rotation arc length according to the wheel rotation angular velocity and a deviation percentage of a wheel linear velocity comparison average value; according to the wheel displacement distance, the ideal displacement length of the wheel in the non-idling state, the rotation arc length of the wheel and the deviation percentage of the average value compared with the wheel linear speed, the matching degree of the wheel to the track is judged by combining the running track of the wheel; and the sand scattering opening degree of the sand scattering component is adjusted according to the matching degree of the wheels to the track. Automatic sand scattering can be achieved according to the current locomotive state, and accidents caused by idling of locomotive wheels are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种用于轨道机车控制的智能防滑决策方法和装置,方法包括:采集车轮位移距离、轨道水平偏移角度、轨道垂直偏移角度以及车轮转动角速度;根据车轮位移距离、轨道水平偏移角度、轨道垂直偏移角度以及车轮转动角速度计算车轮在不空转状态下的理想位移长度;根据车轮转动角速度计算车轮转动弧长、以及车轮线速度对比平均值的偏移百分比;根据车轮位移距离、车轮在不空转状态下的理想位移长度、车轮转动弧长、车轮线速度对比平均值的偏移百分比,结合车轮行驶的轨道,判断车轮对于轨道的契合程度;根据车轮对于轨道的契合程度调整撒沙部件的撒沙开度。本发明能够根据当前机车状态实现自动撒沙,避免因机车车轮出现空转导致的事故。
