The automatic anti-skid sand feeding system comprises a sand conveying pneumatic pipeline conveying system, a sand adding mechanical operating system and automatic program hardware and software, the sand-transporting pneumatic pipeline conveying system comprises an air storage tank, a sand storage tower and a conveying pipeline; the conveying pipeline comprises a sand conveying pipeline and pressurizing adjoining pipes, and the pressurizing adjoining pipes are laid on one side of the sand conveying pipeline and connected with the sand conveying pipeline at preset intervals; the sand adding mechanical operation system comprises a truss, a sand adding gun tool and a walking mechanism; the trusses are arranged on the two sides of the target locomotive, the walking mechanisms are arranged on main beams of the trusses, and the sand adding guns are arranged on the walking mechanisms; the automatic program hardware software comprises a positioning sensor and a control program; the positioning sensor is arranged in a sand adding mechanical operation system and is used for identifying the relative position of the sand adding gun and a target locomotive; and the control program is used for controlling the locomotive anti-skid sand automatic sand feeding system to feed sand to the sand box of the target locomotive. The technical problems that in the prior art, sand adding time is long, and efficiency is low are solved.

    本发明公开了一种机车防滑砂自动上砂系统,包括:运砂气力管道输送系统、加砂机械操作系统和自动化程序硬软件;运砂气力管道输送系统包括储风罐、储砂塔和输送管道;输送管道包括输砂管道和增压伴管,增压伴管敷设于输砂管道一侧、且每间隔预设距离与输砂管道相连;加砂机械操作系统包括桁架、加砂枪具和走行机构;桁架设置于目标机车的两侧位置,走行机构设置于桁架的主梁上,加砂枪具设置于走行机构上;自动化程序硬软件包括定位传感器和控制程序;定位传感器设置于加砂机械操作系统内,用于识别加砂枪具与目标机车的相对位置;控制程序,用于控制机车防滑砂自动上砂系统对目标机车的砂箱进行上砂。本发明缓解了现有技术中存在加砂耗时较长、效率低下的技术问题。
