The motor rotor shaft drives the water pump to work, seawater is sucked in from the center hole of the rotor shaft, flows into the double-spiral flow channel and finally flows into the ocean through the annular jet flow hole formed in the rotor shaft, and self-adaptive passive cooling is achieved. According to the invention, the space resource of the underwater equipment is fully utilized, no extra heat dissipation equipment is needed, the weight of the motor cabin section is greatly reduced, the cooling system realizes self-adaptive cooling on the rotor assembly and the stator assembly of the motor under different navigation conditions, and the working safety of the motor is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种水下装备散热电机系统及其设计方法,属于水下装备电机设计领域,为了解决现有技术未将水下装备重量需求与电机及冷却系统兼顾设计的问题,本发明在水下装备壳体内壁设计特殊双螺旋流道,在转子轴上设置水泵,电机转子轴驱动水泵工作,将海水从转子轴中心孔吸入,并流入双螺旋流道内,最后通过设置在转子轴上的环形射流孔流入海洋,实现自适应被动冷却。本发明充分利用了水下装备自身空间资源,无需额外配备散热设备,在大大减轻了电机舱段重量的情况下,使得冷却系统在不同航行工况下对电机转子组件和定子组件实现自适应冷却,确保了电机工作安全性。
