A wind resistance and wave absorption integrated offshore power generation floating platform comprises a wind power base, a side stand column, a center stand column, an electric buoy, a fan body and a fan impeller, the outer wall face of the wind power base is fixedly connected with one end of the side stand column, and the center stand column is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom end of the wind power base; the center stand column is fixedly connected to the top of the wind power base, and the self-adaptive floating platform further prevents yawing through a self-adaptive sliding mode stability control system. Corresponding control signals are generated through the control system, power output of all the electric buoys of the floating platform is adjusted, and stable control over the self-adaptive floating platform is achieved; the contact surface of the titanium alloy flying wing and the wind is of a smooth slope surface structure, so that the contact area with strong wind is increased, and the wind resistance effect of the device is enhanced; the multiple sets of concrete wave absorbing blocks can effectively reduce the propagation energy of sea waves, reduce the impact force of the sea waves on the center stand column and the fan body and enhance the stability performance.
